Are you still trying to figure out what to venture into on this online space?

I was discussing with a friend few weeks ago concerning her intention to start making some legitimate income from the Internet by starting an online business. 

"Look, I don't even know where to start from self. Moreover, I think it'll tedious because of the large number of people who are trying to sell online these days," she concluded.

I got 'weak' on behalf of myself after watching her disbelief in action. My jaws literally dropped in awe.

John Mason said, 'no one can defeat you unless you first defeat yourself.' You can only get what you want when you believe you can. 

Just like my friend, many people still think it's very difficult and unlikely to start a profitable business online or make money online legitimately. Listen, nothing is easy in this life. Even to die is not easy. That's on a light note, though.

 Since nothing comes 'easy', it's okay to put in the work required. 

 You have the potential to deliver values to people, irrespective of where they are located. You have a message the world needs to hear. You have an idea inside of you that'll benefit people massively. You have the skills needed to earn big here on the Internet. 

You and I have the potentials to make impact, build influence and make profit. 

Pause: Don't forget great things don't fall on people's lap like rain. You have to work. You have to learn to learn, relearn and unlearn. 

You have to be 'consistent' as my mentor, Dr Samuel Ekundayo, would always say. 

Are you still trying to figure out what to venture into on the online space? 

 You can start a blog based on what you love doing or love talking about or what you've learnt to do. Grow your audience, set up ad campaigns and start earning from blogging.

 You can venture into freelancing: it's a serious business! A lot of people earn massively from freelance, including people you think don't. If you have the knack for writing, designing (graphics or web), translating, transcribing, etc, you can register on freelancing websites and start earning. You can also market your skills directly to clients without going through any website. And if you are a creative writer, you can get to see platforms where you can write and earn on the internet.

 With the power of social media today, you can build an influence around a niche you're very conversant with. You can be a strong advocate for poor children's right, for example.

 By the time you start receiving people's testimonies because you've decided to show up, you'll be amazed at what you're up to. Just like John Obidi said sometime ago, some people are waiting for you to put your potentials to use so that theirs can become activated. 

 There are many more online businesses you can start today. Open your mind to the endless opportunities on the World Wide Web!
