Some may be wondering why they look really older than their real age. Looking way older could have even affected their relationships, job opportunities, privileges etc. 

Actually, aging faster than normal can be traced to a lot of factors.
Free radicals such as hydroxy radicals, No 2, are the main agents involved in Aging. When produced by the body excessively, free radicals bind to membrane of body cells to cause damage that can result into abnormal functioning of body organs and systems. normally, the body has its mechanisms which it uses to ship out excess free radicals from our body. They are called Antioxidants.
Research has now shown that certain foods are rich in antioxidants and are capable of dealing with any form of inflammations or tissues damaging which causing abnormal aging.

BANANA:
Important vitamins vital to the healthy functioning of the various organs and systems 
of the body are found in banana. Essential  vitamins such as Potassium, Riboflavin, iron (necessary for new blood formation), niacin, B6, etc all ensures that your skin are well toned with the freshness that continues to make you look radiant and sweet-16. If you really wish to drop off some weight, I advise you take more bananas too.
Whole GRAINS
Rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, whole grains can lower the risk of age-related illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Because they’re digested
more slowly than processed grains, they also help prevent high blood sugar and diabetes.
OLIVE OIL.
Olive Oil is Rich in antioxidants and anti- inflammatory monounsaturated fat, olive oil figures prominently in the Mediterranean diet. It may explain the lower rates of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and age-related cognitive decline in people who follow this way of eating.
TOMATOES
Certain red fruits- including tomatoes — contain lycopene, an antioxidant compound that helps maintain youthful skin texture and may reduce the risk of some types of cancer (especially prostate, lung, and stomach cancers) and heart disease.
GREEN APPLE.
You must be accustoms with this common phrase that “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. That’s absolutely true. Apples are filled with abundant nutrient which offer great
support for our immune system. Actually, a lot are aware of that, but what a lot people are probably not aware of is that apples is a great fruit for looking younger, and especially weight loss because of it high fiber content.
To fully take advantage of it high fiber content, you have to eat them raw. It is
very important you eat your apple in their natural state. Doing that, you will not
lose any nutrients the fruits have.


NUTS:
If you really care about your health and beauty, I would advise you to add nuts to your
eating plan. This food is an enormous source of unsaturated fats and it can affect your body in the same way as olive oil does. Recently it has been found out that people who eat nuts live a few years longer than those who refuse from this tasty snack. Such nutrients as vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, make nuts one of the healthiest foods. Today you can find different kinds of nuts that are also a perfect option for vegetarians.
FISH :The conducted researches have shown that those people who eat a lot of fish almost never suffer from heart disease or rapid aging. For example, the native Inuits of Alaska are not familiar with this health issue because they regularly consume a big amount of fish. This food is known to be rich in omega-3 fats that will stabilize your Aging, heartrhythms and protect you against cholesterol buildup in arteries.


In conclusion, apart from having regular exercise and avoiding junks, the foods and fruits listed above are very helpful in helping you look younger and fresher.
